Welcome to easyBasket! By accessing or using our platform, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please review them carefully.
By using our platform, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
You must be at least 12 years old to use our platform or have parental/guardian consent.
We strive to ensure all product descriptions and prices are accurate. However, errors may occur, and we reserve the right to correct them. Any change in price after an order has been made does not affect your order but subsequent ones will be affected.
All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of payment. We reserve the right to cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to suspected fraud or stock unavailability.
Prices are displayed in Ghanaian Cedis (GHS). Payments can be made via credit/debit card, mobile money, or other methods as provided at checkout.
Users must provide accurate and up-to-date information during account registration and at checkout. Users must not misuse the platform or engage in any fraudulent activity. Multiple cancellation of orders without appropriate reasons will lead to suspension or account deactivation.
All content on easyBasket, including logos, text, and images, is the property of easyBasket and is protected by copyright laws.
easyBasket is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our platform.
We collect information you provide directly to us when you create an account, place an order, or communicate with us. This includes your name, email address, phone number, and delivery address.
We use your information to process your orders, provide customer support, and improve our services. We may also use your information to send you updates about your orders and promotional offers.
We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your personal data. Your payment information is encrypted and handled by secure third-party payment processors.
We only share your information with vendors and delivery personnel as necessary to fulfill your orders. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
At easyBasket, we aim to provide the best shopping experience. However, if you are unsatisfied with a purchase, our refund policy is as follows:
Refunds are available for items that are damaged, expired, or incorrect upon delivery. Refund requests must be made within 48 hours of receiving the order.
To initiate a refund, contact our support team at support@easybasketgh.com or call us at +233 (0) 54 038 6179. Provide proof of purchase and a detailed explanation of the issue.
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7 business days after approval.
Perishable goods, including fresh produce, are non-refundable unless damaged or incorrect.
We deliver within selected locations in Ghana. Delivery availability will be confirmed during checkout.
Orders placed before 6:00 PM will be delivered on the same day. Orders placed after 6:00 PM will be delivered the next business day.
Delivery charges depend on the location and will be displayed at checkout.
Customers will receive notifications via email or SMS once the order is dispatched.
If delivery fails due to incorrect information or unavailability of the recipient, re-delivery charges may apply.
